     The farm has everything both you and your horse could possibly desire: large shady grass pastures, two beautiful block barns with air conditioned tack rooms, hot and cold wash racks, crossties and feed rooms, a round pen with sand and fiber footing, an Olympic size all weather dressage arena with a lime rock base, sand/fiber footing and mirrors, a 20 x 50 meter sand/clay fenced arena, a sand mix jump arena with stadium jumps, bridle paths around the property and through the woods with a scattering of inviting cross country jumps, and we have plans to build a free longe/free jump arena with a jump chute. There is also an air conditioned/heated Club house complete with showers, kitchen, a pool table and other games, with a view out onto our large arena.

 

     In addition we have a guest cottage and several RV sites for weekend or week long intensive training stays and for working students.

 

     Horses are turned out daily or nightly, stalls are cleaned 3 to 4 times daily, horses are fed hay 4 times daily, and grain three times daily. We customize our feeding program to fit each individual horses needs, feeding a variety of top quality hay, grain, beetpulp, bran mash and supplements.  Boarding is for horses in training and students only.

Fun on The Farm - There is Always Something Happening

 

Our Farm also hosts clinics and Ride-A-Tests regularly with internationally recognized clinicians, Judges and Olympic riders, such as: Olympian and "I" Judge Charlotte Bredahl, USET Team Member Katherine Bateson-Chandler, Jennifer Roth "S", Tina Drake "R",  and others. In the spirit of creating a fun amosphere and a feeling of being on a team, we have semi-monthly barn potlucks, horse movie nights, sleep-overs,  and pool parties, have play days on horse-back and work on fun things in riding like quadrille's and pas de deux's.
